Terms & Conditions – Exceed Pest Management Services

  1. Service Scope
    We provide professional pest control services using government-approved and safe pest management chemicals. The goal is to reduce pest activity and create a cleaner, safer environment.

  2. No Guarantee of Complete Eradication
    Pest control treatments help prevent and reduce pests but do not guarantee permanent eradication. Insects or rodents may return due to weather, hygiene, or surrounding conditions.

  3. Chemical Safety and Usage
    All chemicals used are certified and handled by trained technicians. However, we are not liable for any reactions, allergies, or health issues arising from exposure to these chemicals. Please follow the safety instructions provided strictly.

  4. Post-Service Care is Customer Responsibility
    Customers must maintain cleanliness, avoid water contact in treated areas (if advised), and follow instructions given after service. Neglect may reduce the effectiveness of treatment.

  5. Follow-Up Visits
    Some infestations may require multiple sessions. Follow-ups are not included unless mentioned in a package or written agreement. Each visit will be charged separately unless part of a maintenance plan.

  6. No Refund Policy
    Once the treatment is delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. Customers are encouraged to raise concerns within 48 hours of service for us to review and assist accordingly.

  7. Property Access
    Full access to treatment areas must be ensured by the client. We are not responsible for any untreated sections due to restricted entry.

  8. Belongings & Precautions
    Clients should cover or remove food, utensils, fabrics, electronics, and valuables before the treatment. We are not responsible for any damage caused to items not secured or moved.

  9. Children, Pets & Sensitive Individuals
    Please keep children, elderly persons, pregnant women, and pets away from treated areas for the recommended safety duration (usually 2–4 hours or as instructed).

  10. Scheduling & Delays
    While we aim to arrive on time, unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, emergencies) may occur. Customers will be notified, and appointments will be rescheduled promptly.

  11. Service Denial Rights
    We reserve the right to deny service to any client due to unsafe site conditions, aggressive behavior, or misuse of our staff.

  12. Documentation & Proof
    Photos or signatures may be taken during the service for quality assurance and proof of delivery.
